Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson is an American entrepreneur-turned-investor and one of Europe's most followed and respected voices in venture capital and deep tech innovation. As Head of Deep Tech Investment and Venture Capital Strategy at The Water Foundation, he co-strategises and oversees the design and execution of our investment approach, ensuring that capital is deployed strategically and responsibly, giving investors confidence that their funds are protected, impact-driven, and positioned for long-term success.

Based in Paris, Michael is Venture Partner at Multiple Capital and Wilbe, Advisory Board Member and Investment Committee member at QAI Ventures and Redstone Quantum, and part of the European Defence Investor Network. Over his 25-year career, he has supported and scaled hundreds of startups through leading accelerators such as Seedcamp, Startup Bootcamp, Wayra, Techstars, and Le Camping. He also sits on the boards of venture funds, non-profits, educational institutions, a private bank, and numerous high-growth companies.
