Thomas J. Bella is a serial entrepreneur, Partner of The Water Foundation and Co-Founder and managing director of TWF Institute GmbH where he co-leads Strategy Consulting and the TWS (The Water Score) Practice Lead. After two decades restructuring operations and supply chains in aerospace and automotive industries (Airbus, Astrium, MHP-Porsche, RUAG), he founded bellatec GmbH in 2021, delivering over a hundred e-mobility charging infrastructure projects. Thomas holds a Diploma in mechanical engineering from Munich University of Applied Sciences and an MBA from the Technical University of Munich, where he is still engaged in the Mentoring Programme. He worked internationally across the USA, the UK, India, Switzerland and France and now applies that same systems-integration experience and intercultural spirit (connecting technology, finance and policy) to close the gap between available water solutions and the system needed to deploy them at scale.
