Ineeleng Molete

Ineeleng Molete is an operations and strategic management leader with more than 15 years of experience across training and development, policy development, and organisational performance management. His background includes a decade of work within the ETDPSETA, with demonstrated expertise in project management, budgeting, quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation, and strategic leadership.

He has managed budgets up to R45 million and led financial and performance reporting processes with a strong track record in audit readiness and governance. He holds an honours degree in Public Administration with a specialisation in Human Resources Management.

In his current role within the Energy and Water SETA, he leads the operations function across strategic management and leadership, policy development, performance and financial reporting, monitoring and evaluation, and operations management.
